  • A derecho came through our area knocking out our power for four days, and flooding one of our carpeted bedrooms. After the four days the room was smelling musty. We extracted the water upon our power being restored, and used some carpet deodorizer to remove the musty smell, but it didn't work. I diluted some OC7 in our handheld carpet steamer and applied it, waited five minutes, then extracted the treatment. I reapplied two days later. One month later we still have no musty or mold smell from the bedroom, and we were able to save our carpet. ~Courtney

  • My Great Dane escaped from the house one night and had eaten something before we were able to get him back home. Whatever he ate caused violent bowel movements that covered the floor, cabinets, and walls. I spent three hours scrubbing all of the surfaces to remove the poop and poop smell with multiple products.   • My wife made a pot of chilli for a party. It was late getting home so we left the cooking dishes out to clean them the next day.
